Here is our updated criteria for prospective GoodCollectives
GoodCollectives Partner Criteria:
- In-country, local team with cultural context
- Working in ecosystem, climate and environmental services. This includes:
- Trash removal and pollution reduction
- Stewardship (e.g. biodiversity, forest protection)
- Regenerative Farming or forestry (only if already offering auxiliary services, such as carbon removal)
- Have digital measurements taken by individual climate stewards that reflect their climate impact, ideally written to a public blockchain
- Have a publicly-accessible methodology to verify the relationship between digital measurements taken by individual climate stewards and aggregate climate impact.
- Have access directly to prospective target recipients of direct payments
- Capacity to support this work during the extension of GoodCollective
- Have delivered work we can verify as ethical and having a positive impact
- Preferred: Digital literacy component to their work
- Preferred: Web3 literate / doing work in blockchain or crypto
- Preferred: Financial literacy focus / experience
- Preferred: Work in an area with the presence of G$ Ambassador network (or in an area where one can be cultivated, e.g. near a university)
Target recipients must:
- Have access to a smartphone (preferred one per family or one per individual) for GoodDollar and GoodCollective onboarding, and claim of G$
- Have affordable mobile internet or affordable regular access to broadband wifi
